Objectives: 

• To inform and educate beginning or low-volume penile implant surgeons with basic pre-surgery topics, afterward information on the “straightforward” cases, and finally, how to deal with more penile prosthesis surgery cases.
• Training Urologists in a state-of-the-art fashion to gain preliminary experience in penile implant surgery.
• Improve knowledge, technical and communicative skills, and master novel operation techniques in penile prosthesis surgery, according to standards of education.

What participants will learn? 

• Counsel patients on the expected results of surgery, the potential complications, and device survival and durability
• Proactively manage the surgical procedure to minimize complications.
• Make a management plan for men presenting with severe erectile dysfunction.
• Counsel patients on the risks and benefits of penile prosthesis implantation.

Live case surgery observation and lectures.
